This registration at Companies House, Cardiff, marks an important step in our growth journey, ensuring a solid legal and operational foundation to support our subsidiaries and international expansion.
This structure has been created with the purpose of organizing, supervising, and supporting the activities of our subsidiaries. This strategic milestone enables us to strengthen our corporate governance, optimize resource management, and foster synergies across all our business units.
The holding company will be responsible for defining strategic orientations, overseeing operations, and ensuring the efficient management of human, financial, and material resources. It will also play a central role in performance monitoring and the implementation of continuous improvement plans.
Through this new structure, our objective is to promote sustainable growth, enhance competitiveness, and create long-term value for our partners, clients, and stakeholders.
Our activities
The activities covered by the company ALTAAVIA
- Holding and managing interests in companies active in the field of aviation, including but not limited to the company air passenger transport (regional and international air transport), air freight transport (regional air transport and international), helicopter services for the carriage of passengers and goods, pilot training and recreation, as well as any other company related to the aeronautics sector.
- The operation of hotel and restaurant establishments, providing accommodation, catering and hospitality services to passengers, crew and other customers, in the context of air and tourism activity.
- The provision of airport handling services for airlines, including baggage management, refuelling and fuel, ground handling and all related activities to ensure smooth transit of passengers and goods.
- The management of the subsidiaries' activities, including the definition of strategic orientations, the supervision of operations, the management of human, financial and material resources, as well as performance monitoring and implementation of continuous improvement plans.
- Providing technical and operational support to subsidiaries, including aviation regulatory expertise, management of equipment, infrastructure and operational processes, as well as the development and implementation of quality and security.
